Poor baby
Oscar has had a string of miserable nights, and for the first time in months has actually sobbed. It’s been terrible. There seems to be nothing that can console him. His first molar broke through the other day, and his gums on the opposite side feel swollen as well. I’m guessing that the sobbing is related to the new teeth. In a very bizarre way it makes me feel a bit better. When we were in Vietnam we went through a similar rough patch, but I attributed all of the crying to my less-than perfect parenting skills. Now, though, I’m wondering if I can pin it on biology. Teething really is this painful, isn’t it?
