What a day

Birth family meeting at the orphanage.  Need I say more?  Even Etta was drained by the end of it.  .  .  which is why I’m posting a pic of her from the beginning of our day instead.

We leave tomorrow night.  Wish us luck.

  5. That’s a hard thing. I hope it went as well as it could. It’s a precious opportunity so many of our little ones never have even a story of…hope your journey home is easy. Did I mention, your daughter is stunning?! Her entire face lights up when she smiles.

  24. Just checking to see how you guys are settling in as a family of three. You are making me get a recurrence of my OCD which I thought was cured years ago – I have been checking your blog multiple times a day for updates! I hope you had a great trip to and fro.
