Love the one with Oscar’s arm around her. Sweetness! Just wondering if the kids made their way on their own, or if mom just happened to be shopping the wine aisle. LOL!
I had absolutely nothing to do with it – the wine just happened to be the pass-through to the freezers with the ice cream in them. My kids know that wine is just the stuff in the bottles in that little refrigerator gathering dust. Mom only drinks caffeine these days.

Cute! Curious….what kind of camera do you shoot with and do you do any post processing? I’m always looking for tips on being a better photographer!
Hi, Shannon. I have a Sony Alpha DSLR (one of the cheaper ones). I have two Photoshop programs (Lightroom and Elements), but I don’t know how to do anything with them other than use a few of the presets. For these, I just switched them to B&W, although sometimes I increase the exposure, especially for Etta, since her darker skin frequently looks like it’s shadowed. I know there is a LOT more you can do with the programs, but it is not intuitive (at least for me).

Yes, that’s exactly what I find (that it’s not intuitive). I just have Elements and I usually just sit and stare at it and then give up. LOL. I need to take a class or something so it’s a bit more user-friendly!
Gathering dust! Now there’s the problem!!! We were at the reception after Church and I had a cup of coffee, and my little Princess says, is that wine Momma? The church crowd was quite amused (it was Sunday morning).
I will NOT:
- Sneak a peek at a waiting child list
- Adopt another child
- Give up Diet Coke
- Reschedule my children’s readoption because of work
- Cancel our trip to Disneyland because of work
- Work all night
- Eat all of the chocolate chip cookie dough I’ve prepared for Oscar and Etta
- Be anyone’s bitch

Nice! At least she didn’t mention that she has a preference for red.
Umm, don’t think I didn’t see via the top shot that Etta’s first foray was into the liquor aisle. Because I did.
You and Sara need to hang out together, with some alcohol. Just a suggestion.
